• Deposit: due by Feb 1st: $100 (or $300 for family rate)

• Max capacity for group:  We need a minumym of 20 total. Children 12 and younger must attend with their parents.

  
  

• Total Cost: Individual and family rerates

• Individual: $350 (payable to Engage Truth Ministries) + money for meals on the road (one your own for meals on road)

• Family rate: ($285 per person) (most have 3 or more going from same fam)

  • 5 years old and under: free but must attend with a parent or guardian.

  • 3 or more (same family): $850

  • 5 (same family): $1,400.

• Family rate without gas cost: $260 per person

  • Your child can't ride in the van or other cars that have paid into the group gas fund. Otherwise, you will need to pay the gas rate

Breakdown of individual cost0 $350

• Canyon ministries tour fees- $60  per person if we have min of 20 on trip

  • (Canyon Ministry fees$595 per two days= total of $1,190 split between ) 

• Lodging- $200 ( no charge for 5 and under)  

• Gas: $35 per person

• Food: $50  

• Engage Director Support: $5 ( plus whatever is left over from gas & food budget) 

  • Total: $350 

Breakdown of Family Rate- $285 per person (including group gas)

• Family: (3 or more)  

  • Canyon Ministries: $35 

  • Lodging- $200 (no lodging charge for 5 and under)  

  • Gas: $25 

  • Food: $25 

  • Engage support: none

  • Total: $285 per person (including gas) 

  • 3 people (same fam)- $850

Rough schedule:

• Tuesday (March 17th)- Travel up to Shiloh of the Pines/Light on the mountain Campground.

• Wednesday: Grand Canyon tour in the morning, evangelism on the rim and worship in the evening.

• Thursday: Hiking tour in the morning and fellowship and worship in the evneing

• Friday: Grand Canyon tour in the morning, evangelism on the rim and worship in the evening.

• Saturday: return back to El Paso area.
